A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. Inspections are necessary in order to help a potential home buyer make an educated decision on whether or not to enter into the biggest purchase they will possibly ever make.
We do not take this lightly!
Our typical Home Inspection process consists of a 3-4hr walk through of your home, identifying areas of concern that the seller may not be aware of, but you need to know!
Having a Home Inspected would be very similar to having a mechanic inspect a used car before you purchase it - although your home is a little more pricier than a used car.
Would you purchase a used car without a test drive? Probably not. Nor should you take the chance of purchasing a home assuming the seller is aware of all the deficiencies in order to disclose them. Remember, it is the seller's responsibility to disclose any "known" material defects.
